Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • We accept unworn and unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 7 days
    of your package being delivered.
  • Personalized pieces are always final sale. If we made an error on your item then
    we will fix it for you .
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • You must email us to get a RMA # for your return, and we will give you the return
    address (All returns go through our Los Angeles studio). 
  • Items must be shipped back to us, by the carrier of your choice, in the original
    packaging, with tags still attached. We only cover return shipping if there was a
    mistake on our part. NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
    during the return process so we recommend purchasing tracking or insurance for
    your order.

Returns will be processed back to the original payment source within 7 business days.
